Lunch at the Captain's Table
Spirits were high and the energy was vibrant as members of the community gathered at the Square One Older Adult Centre for a tropical cruise themed lunch. The afternoon was full of fun and exciting activities, with lots of opportunities to win great prizes, as well as a special prize for the best travelling outfit and the wackiest souvenir. Guests enjoyed a delicious tropical, catered lunch of gourmet sandwiches, sliced fruit and much more. This wonderful event was part of a series of activities planned for the centre’s “Cruise Ship Week†which focused around world travels. The lively crowd took part in some cruise ship inspired fun and shared with each other stories and experiences of the different places they had visited.
