Senior Prom & the Fabulous Invictones

Heritage Glen Community for Seniors hosted a blast from the past event on Wednesday, April 21st, without the need for a time machine. The fellows there had their pick of the ladies because of the lopsided ratio of women to men - about 70 ladies to only a handful of men! Treated to a meal of salmon or steak and live entertainment it was like a blast from the past for most in attendance. Spirits were high and smiles were plentiful as many of the men and women there were looking forward to The Fabulous Invictones – a men’s chorus dressed in tuxedos and red bowties. The crowd was expected to balloon when they hit the stage later in the evening. But, despite the lack of eligible bachelors, it was a night of fabulous fun.
