Representatives from Home Instead Senior Care recently stopped by the Regency Retirement Residence for the launch of their brand new public awareness campaign. The idea behind the campaign is to get seniors across Canada actively fighting frailty by engaging the mind, body and soul. During the launch of the program at Regency, seniors and their family caregivers came out for an informative presentation by Home Instead, and also got to try out some fun and simple activities, including: arm extensions with a beach ball, power grips with a tennis ball and a variety of memory and puzzle games!
