MPP Amrit Mangat's 2nd Annual Community BBQ
Saturday, September 12th was the perfect afternoon for a BBQ. Hosted by MPP Amrit Mangat, members of the North Mississauga community gathered at the Frank McKechnie Community Centre for her 2nd Annual Community BBQ. About 3000 people showed up for the event which included free food, games and live entertainment. Beautiful costumes and exciting entertainment on display, games for the kids and information available for the adults as many local organizations were there to promote their services. Ontario's Minister of Education, Kathleen Wynne, was also there to meet some of the local residents. The organizers of the BBQ wish to thank everyone who came out to support the event. MPP Amrit Mangat's 2nd Annual Community BBQ was a tremendous success!
