Lions Respond to Haiti Earthquake
The Mississauga Central Lions Club partnered with Square One Shopping Centre recently to put on a Haiti Earthquake Relief Fundraiser. The Lions had two booths set up in the mall from January 21st to January 24th where shoppers were free to donate whatever they could. The funds raised went to the Lions Clubs International Foundation to be used immediately for relief efforts. With donation boxes stuffed full, it was clear that Mississauga residents were happy to help as much as possible.
