Boston Pizza's Got Love in the Oven

Guests who came out to Boston Pizza Courtneypark on Valentine’s Day got more than they bargained for as they enjoyed delicious, heart-shaped pizzas for charity. Staff spent the day, one of the busiest of the year for the restaurant, making heart-shaped pizzas for the nationwide Boston Pizza’s Got Love in the Oven event. For each one sold, $1.00 was donated to the Boston Pizza Foundation in support of its many charities. This year, half of the proceeds also went towards the relief effort in Haiti. Those who came out to celebrate at the 18th annual fundraising event also had the opportunity to make a donation and write a personal, paper-heart Valentine’s message for their sweethearts. There’s nothing like spreading the love for a good cause on Valentine’s Day!
