2nd Annual Teddy Bear Drive - All stuffed toys welcome!
The Royal LePage office at Plantation Place had some furry friends visiting recently as it hosted its 2nd Annual Teddy Bear Drive. Staff at this Royal LePage branch first welcomed the community to drop off new and gently used stuffed animals back in January and continued collecting until Friday, February 12th. With a goal of collecting 1000 stuffed animals this time around, everyone was extremely happy as the final teddy count came in at over 4000! The stuffed animals were collected by Royal LePage on behalf of our Canadian troops, and are to be distributed to children in Afghanistan and Haiti. The branch will be continuing with this goodwill initiative next year so remember to have your stuffed animals ready come January! For more information, visit http://royallepage.ca.
