Caribbean Calypso
Residents at Amica City Centre traded in their hats and scarves for a more beach inspired look as they welcomed the warm weather by going to the Caribbean for the day! The building resembled a tropical resort, as opposed to a retirement residence, with beautiful palm trees and vibrant flower dècor, which seemed to have sprouted overnight. The afternoon featured an authentic Caribbean steel drum band that took your imagination straight to the sultry islands of the West Indies. Residents were treated to mouth-watering tropical punch and delicious Caribbean inspired snacks that were exploding with flavour. It was the perfect way to shed those winter blues and celebrate the lovely spring weather in style!
